Kotobukiya : Marvel : X-Force Warpath Fine Art Statue images

Kotobukiya présente sur sa page page facebook sa nouvelle statue Marvel X-Force Warpath Fine Art Statue mesurant 30 cm et prévue pour Aout 2011.

Communiqué officiel :
X-Force is the hottest mutant team right now in the Marvel Universe, with the current Uncanny X-Force series burning up the shelves everywhere. Teaming up the most vicious and morally flexible heroes, Wolverine leads the ultimate strike force willing to do anything, at any time to protect the world’s mutant population. Third in a series of all-new X-Force Fine Art Statues is the proud and steadfast warrior Warpath! James Proudstar was the second son in his family to exhibit mutant powers of strength and speed, and watched his older brother join the X-Men as Thunderbird. Sadly he was killed in the line of duty, and James ran with a bad crowd after blaming the heroes. He would later see the error of his ways and join the X-Men and then X-Force as “Warpath,” carrying on his Apache traditions and fighting against foes like the Purifiers, Stryfe, and Selene!

The towering mutant barrels into battle, channeling his inner fury through his strength of arms. Warpath lunges forward while wielding his twin vibranium bowie knives, one outstretched behind him and the other sweeping in front of him. His dark black and gray X-Force uniform leaves much of his massively muscled arms bare, while doing little to hinder his ferocious movement. Warpath’s expert sculpt highlights the powerful mutant’s physique as well as the intricate accents on his boots and gloves. Meanwhile, his dark outfit is contrasted by his bare skin, bright metallic silver blades, and red eyes and “X” logo belt buckle. X-Force’s “big man” is ready for anything!

Sculpted by Erick Sosa, Warpath stands nearly 12 inches tall (in 1/6th scale) on an incredible georama terrain base. Warpath is a must-have along with the previously announced X-23 and Deadpool, and he will not be the last in the X-Force lineup!

Available August 2011.
